eadership is one of the keys to success in an organization. Because, whether or not a company develops, it really depends on the skills of the leader in leading his subordinates. 

Based on field analysis, leaders are often played by non-IT people, even in the IT division area. IT people often only dwell on technical aspects and tend to avoid things related to managerial aspects. In fact, in the IT policy-making process, it will be much better and more effective if it is handled directly by those who are experts in the field. 

Through this leadership training, we will teach and build good leadership skills as needed by the company, especially for those who are in the IT field.
