    Leadership & Managerial is training about leadership and managerial in the IT area (Information Technology) or IT-related sections.
  • Reasons training needed
    The management of IT department or other departments that are closely related to IT should be managed by people who have knowledge and experience of IT. However, a phenomenon that often occurs is that IT people have been too much involved with technical aspects and not in touch with managerial, including HR management (People Management). Therefore, Leadership & Managerial Training is needed.
  • Anyone who needs training
    This training is aimed at managers or prospective managers who will become leaders of small units. Their positions can be in the IT division, Risk Management or Audit which is devoted to IT aspects, HR Division which specializes in IT, General / Procurement Division and Business Division which manages technology-laden products. In the banking sector, their positions are usually in the Electronic / Digital Banking, Business Development and Bank Operations sections.
