  • Description
    Leadership & Managerial is training on leadership and managerial in the area of ​​IT (Information Technology) or the part related to IT.
  • Reasons training needed
    Management of the IT department or other parts that are closely related to IT should be managed by people who have knowledge and experience of IT.

    However, the phenomenon that often occurs is that IT people have been too much involved with technical aspects and less in touch with managerial, including HR management (People Management). Therefore, Leadership & Managerial Training is needed.
  • Anyone who needs training
    This training is aimed at managers or prospective managers who will become leaders of small units. Their positions can be in the IT division, Risk Management or Audit which specializes in the IT aspect, the HR Division which specializes in IT, the General / Procurement Division and the Business Division which manages technology-laden products. In the banking sector, their positions are usually in the Electronic / Digital Banking, Business Development and Bank Operations departments.
