IT Relationship Management

  • Description
    IT Relationship Management is training on the duties of RM (Relationship Manager) or also often referred to as BA (Business Alliance) which is responsible for connecting business and IT.
  • Reasons training needed
    Almost all business activities especially in banking use IT systems, including important applications that support company goals. In order for the application to be acquired (purchased or designed by yourself), it requires input from the business which the IT division will then prepare and run. All of these business requirements must be translated by RM / BA in order to be executed by the IT team. Therefore, people who have experience and knowledge of certain business and IT aspects are needed.
  • Anyone who needs training
    Businesses need people who are able to translate their needs into IT solutions from the planning, operational, maintenance and control stages. Therefore, people who understand business application processes and have IT knowledge are recommended to take this training.
  • Prerequisites
    • It is recommended to take IT Management training first, or
    • Have good understanding of IT Management and certain business processes
    • It is better if you have attended Project Management and Application Development training

    • High level business continuity management
    • High level programming (any programming language)
    • High level database management
    • High level business plan
  • Training result
    Based on our experience, participants who have attended training (including participating in simulations) can quickly and easily understand aspects of application development project management, understand their duties and the duties of other stakeholders. This can help them to avoid slowdowns, understand the risks that may occur, and improve the quality of projects and products. This in turn allows the business to appreciate IT contributions even more.
