Application Development using SDLC/Waterfall
Training Code : TO-14
-
Description
Application Development Training is an application development project management training using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) framework. -
Reasons training needed
Changes or additions to new applications always occur in line with the increasing business needs of the company. In the process, this often encounters various obstacles, including: the quality of the applications built, the speed of development, aspects of compliance, costs, and also security. As a result, the risk that may occur is that the application may be unused or experience problems during operation. To overcome this, good management of application development is needed through proven methodologies from a skilled team. -
Anyone who needs training
The development of computer applications, especially in banking, always involves many parties, both internal and external IT. This is because every product produced must have an owner (owner), developers, testers, and other parties including product providers. Therefore, application management training should involve IT, especially the development department, RM/BA (Relationship Manager/Business Alliance), risk management team, internal audit, users, operations and other parties such as procurement. This is very reasonable because all these stakeholders are involved in application development. -
