IT Audit

T audit is an important part for companies because currently business operations are highly dependent on Information Technology. The company's operations can be disrupted or stopped altogether if all or part of the IT system is down. These problems can be caused by internal or external factors, for example, poor capacity planning, design and implementation, incorrect operations in the data center, network and many other problems caused by internal factors. Problems from external sources can also be caused by many aspects, one of which is interference due to cyber security threats.

To reduce this uncertainty, stakeholders, both from internal companies and regulators, need to implement regulations that must be met by the IT division. For example, when the Bank implements a new product regarding digital banking, all IT aspects related to the product must be audited by both the Internal Audit and an independent external party.
